INFRASTRUCTURE
Sampling
Sample section is one of our core strengths and we have a well versatile sample team which helps us to satisfy clients requirements and ensure prompt delivery.We are well equipped to handle all kinds of fabrics as per clients request.We can make about 1200 pcs of samples per week.
Fabric section
Our Fabric section has a capacity to store 20 tons of fabric.We deal with various kinds of fabrics such as Single
jersey,Fleece,Interlock,Rib,AOP printed,Yarn dyed,Viscose,Poly Cotton,Jacquard,Cotton Modal,Bamboo Cotton etc. We source yarn and fabrics from OKEO-TEX certified units.
Sewing section
Our factory has an installed capacity of 220 latest garment sewing machines and other sewing related machines which has been imported from major companies like JUKI, PEGASUS, SIRUBA,YAMATO etc. The production division with modernized machine ensure a strong infrastructure which enables us to meet clients requirements even before the proposed shipment date.We can produce 1,70,000 pcs per month
Finishing
Each and every garment is checked and finally pressed by vacuum ironing machine and are packed size wise, colour wise and country wise to reach the destination on time safely.We can pack 10,000 pcs per day
Cutting
We have an efficient cutting section with an in-house CAD system (GERBER) to ensure best fabric efficiency by reducing wastage.We can cut about 10,000 pcs per day
Embroidery
We can handle all type of embroidery designs with appliqué, sequence, etc.
Printing
We make all kinds of prints like pigment, plastisol, reactive, foam, discharge, non-PVC, flock, glitter, sticker, combo prints, etc.
Washing
We make all kinds of fabric washing as per the customers requirements
Softener wash, Bio-wash, Stone wash, Silicon wash in garment form, acid wash, Tie-dye, Burnout wash, Mercerizing, Stentering and Raising with Peach finishing to provide you the best feel and finish of the fabrics.
